Since my last review, I've gotten the brioche sandwich twice and have loved it. The potatoes seem fluffier and a better portion. The sandwich has a delicious aioli, and the bun is so fluffy. The staff is always friendly. Even though it's outdoor seating, the fans running keep it cool. Love this place :-)

Decided to grab breakfast here with my mom and son- we ordered a breakfast sandwich, breakfast burrito and French toast with berries. I had the burrito- while it was good, I don't know how I feel about aioli on a breakfast burrito (I prefer a side of salsa). My son liked his French toast and my mom also liked her sandwich (both are picky eaters). Ambiance is fun- the set up is al fresco (no indoor seating). Service was good, staff was friendly.

The Breakfast Burrito was incredibly yummy & the potatoes on the side were DELICIOUS !!! I had a Jasmine green tea to go with it & it was so refreshing in this heat. The workers are super friendly & the food was prepared quickly. Even though the cafe is on a busy street, the ambiance of it takes you away & leaves you forgetting you're in the middle of Northridge. It's a great place to eat & hang out or eat & do work !

love the vibe of this outdoor cafe! we ordered a matcha latte and chai latte, and unfortunately both were too sweet for our tastes. the chai tasted more like cinnamon toast crunch and the matcha had a very subtle matcha flavor. however, the vegan conchas were amazing and we will definitely be back for those! there was suitable parking, wifi, and even a 10% discount for csun students & staff!

Yummy!!!! Fantastic!!!! Shout out to Evelyn for being an awesome owner who is kind and provides really good customer service. After my last visit that didn't go as usual (in the food department) this time was the complete opposite. The breakfast burrito was fresh and hot and packed! Super fat and filling :-p The eggs were plenty, bacon crispy (no fatty pieces), pico good, potatoes hot, and tasty aioli:-) The potatoes that I chose as my side were hot and crispy! Really delicious! All of it was very tasty! The portions are fantastic! Burritos are big enough to share depending on your hunger level...esp with a side that you get. We are stuffed lol and will be that way for hours. Customer Service has always been really good here. It's a cute little place with outdoor seating. We've seen people eating there with their dogs and I think that's great! Thank you, Evelyn! :-)

Staff are so sweet! CSUN students get 10% off, which is great. The food is pretty good, but it is quite pricey in my opinion. It's outdoor seating only, and I've seen dogs so I know that it's dog-friendly as well! They do takeout if it's windy or rainy outside, but will close early if it's too bad so beware for that.

Saw this location on IG and was very eager to give it a try. Instantly got my friend and planned a brunch date. I didn't pay attention that it is outdoor seating only and it is limited. Should've looked at that since it is allergy season and it was not ideal. We both got there at 1pm and we had both looked at the lunch menu and had our mouth watering for the chicken avocado sandwich. When we arrived it looked like there was nobody taking the orders because one of the workers was talking to one of the customers. We waited about 5 minutes or so until someone took our order. Orders are taking at the window. As stated above we wanted to order the chicken avocado sandwich but unfortunately they had sold out of the chicken earlier in the morning. We instead ordered the breakfast croissant sandwich and a cappuccino. The food was delicious. We did also get a crepe as they looked delicious and it sure was. I will be going back and hopefully trying that chicken sandwich. Give it a try and hopefully it doesn't disappoint you.

My FAVE cafe to visit during my classes! Only a 5 minute walk from the CSUN campus (even offering a 10% discount for students) The coffee is one of the bests I've ever had and the foods are so delicious! A cute little outdoor cafe that is usually busy in the middle of the day but worth the trip. Staff is very sweet and the area is kept so clean, one of the best cafes to visit!
